Noble 6 II by MrOreo123 Noble 6 II by MrOreo123
My take on Noble 6 from the game Halo Reach. Made via pepakura with Smooth Cast 320 and fiberglass. Finished it in time for Halloween 2010, but only got around to posting it now. Enjoy!

Good job, but u should have done a different screen color. It looks too much like master chief screen color.

Thanks! It was a combination of a gold motorcycle visor and a clear sheet of etched plastic on top.

Epic. You wouldn't by any chance know where I could buy a premade helm? (Respect for the dedication and time put into this.)

Try 405th.com. Sometimes there's guys on there that have some for sale. But expect to pay big bucks for a finished helm. It takes a lot of time and money to make one.

Thanks mate! And once again, congrats on the armor! You should be proud of your creation, it looks fabulous. (Btw, are you on this site?)

Did you mount any fans into the helmet? I need to for mine, it is a freakin sauna in there! :)

Thanks, although I didn't do this one with the foam mats lots of people have been doing lately (although I've seen some pretty impressive results thus far). From what I hear, the mats aren't that expensive. I think a few guys have made the majority of their Reach suits with ~$40 worth of those foam rubber mats?

Duh, I get it now. mats = materials :)
You can start saving now and buy a little as you go. A pack of card stock at Wal Mart cost me ~$5-6 bucks. Cheapest but good method I know of is the hot glue method. Go to 405th.com and look up a guy named Pooper. His latest suit is fiberglass, but his first one was hot glue. Looked pretty kick ass after paint was done.
